A Change Of Plans

Hey! It's Elvi! :D And about my summer movie... well I will not be continuing with my first plan. But WAIT. I have another plan! I have another shorter movie in plan that will only take about 2-3 days to film. And not as much set work! :D It'll take a lot of outdoor filming (well actually not much. But still it's REALLY hot where I live) but I'll do it for you guys! :D It's gonna be like 3 times SHORTER than last year's movie, but hey, at least you get a movie. And I promise all of the parts will be uploaded THIS summer. XD Okay, so my movie will be called 'Red Rebel' and that's all I'm gonna say. I won't spoil anything for you. I'm writing the whole script today. And filming should start around Monday(ish) and hopefully I'll finish filming by Friday at the latest. (: So yeah. XD And I'll probably make an Umbrella Chat video about this too. But thanks for reading.

HEY! :D

Hey, everyone! :D Long time no talk! :D I got back from vacation a week ago. And I know I promised an upload while I was gone, but I just couldn't because I was spending time with my family. And when I got back, I had jetlag. But now everything is pretty much in order for me so I will upload soon. :D And the movie: I will start filming ASAP! :D (I gave up on the script so I'll just wing the dialogue from where I left off XD) This is just a quick update for you. I don't even know anymore! T____T

Before all of the inactive account removals, I had about 1,020 subscribers. The subscriber count decreased by about 10-30 subscribers a day for a week and a half. Now, on my channel, it says that I have 897 subscribers. But if I go into analytics, click lifetime for the date range, and look at my subscriber net count, I have 974. It has been at 897/974 for DAYS. But in my email, it says I have received at least 8 more subscribers! And many fans of mine say that they have been unsubscribed, yet when they resubscribe, it won't update! I don't even know how many subscribers I have anymore!!! But I'm positive I don't have 897! Youtube, PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! I already earned 1,000 subscribers, lost about 75 subscribers in your past attempt to remove inactive accounts, re-earned 1,000 subscribers, and lost them again this time!!! IT GETS VERY DISCOURAGING!!!! T__________T

Issue Upon Issue!!! D:

So if you have been watching my videos, you will notice that ONE: I have uploaded new videos, and TWO: I uploaded an opening video of my camera. That means that ONE: I have bought a flashdrive and transferred all of my old videos on there, and TWO: I have a camera again! :D YAY! :D


Now you may think that everything is okay now, correct? WRONG. YouTube has again decided to crash the party and cause problems. You may see that on my channel I have 891 (last time I checked) subscribers. This is due to a bug. YouTube was trying to get rid of closed/terminated accounts (didn't they take enough away already???) and caused many channels to appear to lose many subscribers. Actually, I have 998 subscribers. You can see why the 891 angers me. Even though I have not lost very many subscribers, YouTube makes it look as if I have lost about 120 subscribers. :/ YouTube is AGAIN making me earn back the 1,000 subscribers I HAVE ALREADY EARNED TWICE!!!! D:<<<< It is SO stressful!!!


If you are also experiencing this issue, here is how to find how many subscribers you actually have. Go to analytics. On the left there is a menu of stats you can see. Click "Subscribers". Next, at the top, it says overview. Underneath that, it says "Content", "Geography", and "Date Range". Click the drop down menu of "Date Range". On the drop down menu, change "Last 30 Days" to "Lifetime". Look at your "Subscriber Net Change" and that is the actual amount of subscribers you have. 

It can be reassuring to find out that you have actually not lost that many, but yet very frustrating too. :/ Even as my actual subscriber rate is the same, the subscriber counter on my channel keep decreasing subscribers. :/ I find this very discouraging, as everyone will see this amount and only you can see the true amount. :( 


What you can do is scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Report a Bug" and just follow the instructions. Make sure you are still on the analytics page you went to earlier. I have already reported it, but it would be great if all of you did too. That way, YouTube will see that there is an urgent issue to be resolved. Hopefully, YouTube will resolve this bug soon.

Technology HATES me D:

Okay. I have had these three videos I've been wanting to upload for FOREVER. But iMovie is being a HATER! D: iMovie wants me to clear up memory space on my laptop before finalizing my project. The problem is, there are tons and tons of old videos that I will never delete because they are special memories. I want to have them incase Youtube ever deletes all of my videos or I close my account or I get hacked or something. But, those videos take up a HUGE amount of memory space on my laptop. 


So... I am going to buy a flashdrive with a HUGE memory space on it to put my old videos on. :D Then I will be able to upload those projects on iMovie. As well as having my laptop run faster. :D 


But another issue is that my Canon Rebel t3i lens broke. So I can't film anything. And I don't want to have to put you guys through the pain and torture of watching LOW QUALITY VIDEOS. :O Lmao. XD Jk. :P But I don't want to do that. Luckily it was only the lens, which only takes $150 to repair/replace, and not the actual camera itself, which would take $1000 to repair/replace. :) We also have warranty. :D So I will get a new lens soon and I can keep making videos. :) YAY! :D Bye. :)

Hey, everyone! :D I'm back to blogging! :D Sorry I haven't had time since Spring Break ended. D: You see, to us, spring time means: Bring-On-The-Kill-Me-Now-Type-Exams season. XD So I just wanted to say a quick hello, and also I DO have some videos I will upload soon. :D Stay tuned. :)

Spring Break has sadly come to its end... :(

Well the title says it. :( Spring Break is almost over. :( And how many videos have I uploaded? Zero. D: I actually did have 2 stopmotions planned to upload, but imovie, *sarcasm* my best friend, refuses to export my videos. D: I've freed up as much memory as possible, but every time I try to export, imovie says "Not enough sharing memory. Quit imovie and relaunch it.". I try to do what it says, but it just results in the same thing. THIS IS SO FLIPPING REVOLTING!!! D:<<<< So I'm sorry for my lack of videos. :/ I also had a video planned for my human account, AllaboutElvi. Btw, it would be lovely to have you subscribe to that. ;) Unfortunately, imovie refuses to export that too. :/ And since Spring Break is almost over, I won't have time to upload those videos. Especially since imovie is being so bratty. And since imovie is being so bratty, it will result in less motivation to keep trying to upload those videos and edit new ones. And without motivation to edit, I won't have many videos up. And that will result in even less videos. And that will mean I won't be able to make my New Year's Resolution happen. !@#$%^&*&^%$#@!!! THANKS ALOT, IMOVIE!!! D:<<<<

THANKS, youtube... -____- I REALLY appreciate it... Hence the sarcasm

So recently, youtube decided to delete all the inactive accounts. I had over 75 people with currently inactive accounts subscribe me over the years... And ALL of them were deleted. Meaning,  I lost over 75 subscribers... -____-  Meaning, I am back under the "1,000 subscriber line"...  D': I mean, subscribers aren't a big deal, but I worked so hard to get 1,000+ subscribers. So you can probably understand why am just a teensy bit upset. DX

So.... I have a new plan! :D I will upload LOTS of little stopmotions and music videos and try to earn them back! :D YAY!!! Hopefully, I can earn them back soon. I'm not asking for any help at all from you guys. But... if you insist... XD I want to earn all of them instead of just having random people subscribe because someone tells them to. But again... if you want to... go ahead :D I just wanted to let all of you know. :) Hopefully, everyone will try this too. Because honestly, whining about won't get you anywhere. Instead of wasting time doing that, try EARNING more. :D Trust me, you'll go ALOT farther. :) Oh and btw, I've decided to still keep December 31st the official date I got 1,000. :P Ok... Bye! :)

Hey guys. I have school tomorrow. And the next day. And the next... ALL the way until Spring Break. D: So there won't be as many videos. But I have like 7 videos on my queue to edit. There's my dolls putting up the tree (I know. OOBER LATE!), me opening my new camera (Canon Rebel t3i :D), my AG Christmas movie (Which would be up right now if imovie wasn't taking 1 hour to place 50 pictures into a project D:), my pictures from Dallas & opening the stuff I got (The videos will be combined), the ending of Lights Out (Even though you know what I look like now.. ehh it's still a good ending ;D), and a stopmotion welcoming... a surprise. ;D Okay, so maybe it was only 6. XD But I have to film a music video for my human account too. So I have a busy weekend ahead of me. XD Well nighty-night again. I need my rest for school.

OMG OMG OMG! I have 1,000 subscribers on Youtube! :D Thanks SO much to everyone! :D And I will now be showing my face! :D :D :D Btw, above is a video of me showing my face and saying thank you and updating you on a few things. ;D
